OFL CURE® Indication

OFL CURE is a broad-spectrum fluoroquinolone antibiotic indicated for the

treatment and control of bacterial infections caused by ofloxacin-sensitive

organisms in poultry, including:
OFL CURE® • Chronic Respiratory Disease (CRD), Mycoplasmosis, Colibacillosis (E. coli), a broad-spectrum

Ofloxacin – Oral Solution Antibiotic Salmonellosis, Pasteurellosis, Infectious Coryza, Enteritis, Septicemia, Secondary
bacterial infections associated with viral diseases

Dosage and Administration treatment and

10 mg of ofloxacin per kg body weight daily

For 3–5 consecutive days control of

Treatment may be extended for up to 5–7 days under veterinary supervision.

Contraindications infections

• Hypersensitivity to fluoroquinolones

• Do not use in birds with severe hepatic or renal disorders

• Do not use during egg production for human consumption

Withdrawal Period

• Meat: 8–10 days

• Eggs: Not permitted for human consumption

Drug Interactions

• Reduced efficacy when combined with tetracyclines, macrolides, and

chloramphenicol

• Avoid concurrent use with NSAIDs without veterinary advice
