Indications
• Diclazuniq® 2.5 % is effective in the prevention and treatment of coccidial infections in lambs caused by Eimeria crandallis or Eimeria ovinoidalis and in calves caused by Eimeria bovis or Eimeria zuernii. In cases where there is uncertainty whether symptoms are caused by coccidiosis, feces examination is recommended.
• Diclazuniq® 2.5 % is effective in the prevention and treatment of coccidial infections in poultry caused by Eimeria tenella, E. necatrix, E. acervulina, E. brunetti, E. mitis (mivati), and E. maxima. Because diclazuril is effective against E. maxima later in its life cycle, subclinical intestinal lesions may be present for a short time after infection.
• Diclazuril was shown in studies to reduce lesion scores and improve performance and health of birds challenged with E. maxima.
Dosage and Administration
For oral administration via feed or drinking water. Shake well before use. It is advised to treat all animals of the herd at the same time.
Calves, lambs:
Treatment Dose: 1 ml Diclazuniq® 2.5 % per 25 kg bodyweight in one single treatment.
Prevention Dose: 1 ml Diclazuniq® 2.5 % per 25 kg bodyweight at about 4 – 6 weeks of age. Under conditions of high infection pressure, a second treatment may be indicated about 3 weeks after the first dose.
Poultry (broilers):
• Week 1: 30 ml Diclazuniq® 2.5 % per 1,000 liters of drinking water during 3 days.
• Week 2: 37 ml Diclazuniq® 2.5 % per 1,000 liters of drinking water during 3 days.
• Week 3: 44 ml Diclazuniq® 2.5 % per 1,000 liters of drinking water during 3 days.
• Week 4: 51 ml Diclazuniq® 2.5 % per 1,000 liters of drinking water during 3 days.
• Week 5: 58 ml Diclazuniq® 2.5 % per 1,000 liters of drinking water during 3 days.
• Week 6: 67 ml Diclazuniq® 2.5 % per 1,000 liters of drinking water during 3 days.
This is equivalent to 0,3 mg of diclazuril per kg bodyweight per day. To prevent resistance do not use for a long period, try to rotate with other anti-coccidials treatments. Mixed with feed, the product should be used immediately. Medicated drinking water should be used within 24 hours.
Contraindications
Do not use in layers producing eggs for human consumption.

• Keep it in room temperature and away from direct sunlight.
• Keep the lid of container closed.
• Keep out of reach of children.
