Quaternary ammonium compounds (QACs) irreversibly bind to the phospholipids and proteins of the membrane, thereby impairing permeability. In Gram-positive bacteria, the product becomes bound to the wall proteins and is thus able to enter and destroy the membrane.

Alcohol kills germs through a simple chemical process known as denaturation. Denaturation occurs when alcohol molecules break down the proteins present in the structure of germs. When the proteins break down and lose their structure, the cells can’t function properly.

Aeroniq® is a single-shot ready-to-use disinfectant designed for the bactericidal, mycobactericidal, fungicidal and virucidal disinfection of inaccessible surfaces. Its unique formulation incorporates a natural oil extract which is especially effective against Aspergillus brasiliensis. Aeroniq® is intended to be used for terminal disinfection, following contact surface disinfection, to ensure airborne microorganisms are eliminated.

1. Direct the valve away from you, press it down and turn it clockwise until it is locked.
Note: immediately after pressing down the lever, the Airstel formulation is released from the bottle
2. Place the bottle on an even surface and leave the room. Airstel forms a cloud that covers approximately 40m³ in 1 minute (50ml bottle) and 150m³ in 3 minutes (300ml bottle).
3. Ventilate and allow a period of one hour before re-entering the premises.

Avoid breathing vapors.
Wear protective gloves/protective clothing/eye protection/face protection. Wash with the hands thoroughly after handling
IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if present and easy to do – continue rinsing.
If eye irritation persists, get medical advice/attention.
Avoid release to the environment
Dispose of contents and/or container in accordance with dangerous residues

Store in a cool dry place in tightly closed container.
